Can admin locate where is the computer from IP or MAC address?

If there any way that the admin can know that

specific MAC address connect to which hob?

If the admin can, then how?

(Know which hob can mean know what building, what floor

, what area that the computer locate)

If I move the computer to another floor or another building

and connect to the new hob without changing IP and MAC address, can admin know that the computer was moved?

Are there any data that the admin log from the LAN
