I already know how to change my ip address but i still get block from sites which i dont even know why i do my friend says it's because of my mac address and i'm not sure how or if i can even change it, because i have a comcast cable modem. Sorry to say but your friend is wrong. A (MAC)hine Address is an ID/serial given to your hardware which, unless you flash your network adapter (which will most likely ruin it) cannot be changed. It can be masked for awhile but in your case there no point to it. Websites cannot access your MAC address so that's not the problem. Most likely your proxy is crap, try using www.getunbanned.info. If that doesnt work then move onto IP masking software (Ultimate IP, Proxyway, etc...). A good google search will yield many results.
