How to Change Your Mac Address in Vista?

Right now I'm on a college LAN and they take like 3 days to manually approve a computer by it's MAC address. I am approved with the MAC address that I'm on right now, but I just bought a new mother-board and my MAC address is changing VERY soon.

To the best of my knowledge, the MAC address is hard-coded to the individual network node (motherboard, NIC, Wireless card, etc) and cannot be modified. The MAC address uniquely identifies the hardware by manufacturer and individual number. It cannot be changed by the user.

You can not change MAC address, it is built in your Network Interface Card (NIC).

Motherboards (themselves) have nothing to do with MAC. The NIC is usually built in on Motherboard.
