- select 'hardware ' tab

- click on 'device manager'

- expand the device list and locate your network card (within the section' network adapters'

- right click and select properties of the card

- select 'advanced ' tab

- look for an option that says ' locally administered MAC Address '

select that and change to desired.

CAUTION : mac addressing follows certain standards and it is not advisable to apply your own unless you are cloning another pc's mac address.

As far as I know, you won't be able to change your MAC address. It comes with the piece of hardware. You are only able to change your IP Address.
Your lan card has to support MAC address spoofing. Most don't. Also you have no direct control over your IP address, so you cannot change that either without contacting your ISP.
