Not going to happen. The truth is, even the expensive IP hiders dont' truly mask your IP. Your real IP will always be there for someone who needs it including websites and definantly the law (if you are doing something illegal). You can check out some IP hiders though including Hide-my-IP for some general use. But don't expect it to keep you completely anonymous. There is no way to be anonymous on the internet.
