How do you change your zip code and address on macbook?

I have had my mac for about a year, but when i got it i lived in a different city. Now whenever i fill out a form online, it automatically predicts my old city and my old zip code. I'm sure theres a simple way to change this, but i cant seem to figure it out.

Safari will autofill forms with your contact information from Address Book. If you change your address in Address Book, any forms you fill out afterwards should use the updated information.
