i want to know...my isp has blocked my ip and now how to access internet annonymously plz tell me...

Your MAC address is permanent. It's a per equipment basis. You would have to renew your ip address by typing ';ipconfig /renew'; in the command prompt. It largely depends on if you have a dynamic IP address or a static IP address (Assigned by your ISP and usually at extra cost)
