Since there are no MacOs X viruses in the last 3 years, that can't be a problem. If you haven't downloaded one of the 7 Mac trojans (fake malware remover, fake anti-virus, fake poker game, fake HD viewer, and fake codec to view porn)(the other two are hidden in torrents of iWorks 09 and Photoshop CS4) and installed one of them with your admin password, then those aren't a problem. If in your system preferences, the sharing control panel, the sharing is turned off and the firewall is enabled, then you have nothing to worry about. The only way to have someone ';see'; what you are doing would be if you have a stolen Mac and the software to return it is active or if someone came to your house and installed software on your Mac. Odds are pretty good you would know if either of those was happening. How to check if your MAC is being remote controlled or being viewed by someone?
u pull it off the internet and u run a spyware check with spybot search and destroy
there is a program called Wireshark which tracks the destination and source of all packets in and out along with various other information. Could be of use if you have some know how of IP addresses, packets, and protocols
